This little 2 up, 2 down terraced house was crying out for some love and attention. The previous owners had turned the house literally upside-down.
The kitchen was upstairs and bedrooms downstairs and very oddly, we discovered the bath to have been plumbed in under the stairs in the hallway!
In our eyes it was the perfect project.
Transformation
After 8 weeks of refurbishment by our amazing build team, we transformed this sad little upside-down house to a bright and airy modern 2 bedroom house, with kitchen diner, lounge and shower room, all in the right places!
This property just felt as if it wanted to be used as Serviced Accommodation, out of our SA area we contacted a company that was looking for more units and sealed the deal. On a 3 year contract means no voids, no tenant finding and no management fees.
