Overview

This opportunity came to light after receiving an email requesting a 6 month stay for 23 guests at Harbour Road.

Not ones for saying no we contacted the company and busily started looking for accommodation. Believe it or not we found this under a listing for a 35 bedroom apartment!

As professional property mentors we know that with every enquiry there is an opportunity. This is a perfect example.

Transformation

After a lot of number crunching and letting the numbers do the talking, we said yes to the #BIG19.

Each apartment has been kitted out by the landlord down to tea spoons, tea towels and hairdryers, with just a few tweaks here and there to put our stamp on in we were up and running within a few weeks with paying guests.
